If you're not satisfied with Askmeety for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund. no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used to subscribe.
- Include your order/subscription ID (found in your Dodo Payments receipt email).
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Renewal refunds
For subscription renewals, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription is cancelled immediately and access to the application ends. Your locally stored meeting data (on your Mac) is unaffected.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban future purchases. Please reach out to us directly. we'll always try to make it right.
